Top 150 Guy Movies of All Time

FINALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYY.....I Have returned to blog!!!
After much debate and recounting the votes, the top 150 guy movies of all time are ready to be unleashed. The exact criteria for a “guy movie” is tough to define. Needless to say, if the flick has cool cars and chase scenes, it’s probably a candidate. Nudity helps – especially if it’s not at all integral to the overall plot. Special effects, big guns, gratuitous violence, heavy drinking – all part of the menu. Most anything featuring the likes of Joe Pesci, Clint Eastwood or Jack Nicholson (save that godawful “Terms of Endearment”) is here.

Perhaps the best barometer for a real man’s movie is this: If you flip to a movie and your woman flees the room shouting, “I’m not watching that,” well, you’ve got a winner. Think “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas or Scarface.”

Chances are, you already have memorized large chunks of dialog from most of them. How many have you seen? Anything on my list that does not belong? Anything left off?

I know the 1st and 2nd rules state we're not supposed to talk about it, but how the fuck can you rate Fight Club at 30? This defines a man's delusional psychae and the lunacy that accompanies it. And who hasn't been in some sort of fight club after seeing it? I know I have! As for Gladiator; Does the term 'strength and honor' not hold any water with you? The opening scene alone...Maximus against the Barbarian fuckin hoarde; the Colisseum..I can go on and on with this one, but this one is a no brainer for the top 10. I want a recount!

I'd have to say that Gladiator is my favorite on this list....I just love that movie. Some of them are too "guyish" for me though. I do enjoy the Godfather movies too however.

Glad to see your blogging again! Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting! So I guess "Say Anything" would not count as a "guy movie" huh? Ha ha!

No "Major League"? (Maybe because it has female appeal because of the actors?)

"Say Anything" needed more EXPLOSIONS, to make my surround-sound shake the room.
(Here's my version.)
